Art therapy is a therapeutic technique that involves using art to improve your physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. When we say ‘art’ we mean painting, drawing, sculpture, or crafts to express thoughts and feelings.

As we age, we are faced with a range of mental and physical challenges. Art therapy provides you with a positive and engaging way to process changes and challenges such as loss and grief, decreased physical abilities, social isolation, depression and anxiety.
